Appsierra Group seeks an OT Data Engineer to lead end-to-end OT data processing, from field data streams to historical stores and analytics platforms. You will ensure stability, security and performance through health checks, upgrades and patching, and plan data refreshes with stakeholders.

You will design the infrastructure and pipelines needed to make data available to analysts and data scientists, and drive new integrations and optimizations across the system.

• System Administration in ICT infrastructure environments.
• Building new data products, integrations & projects.
• Data Management – demonstrable experience.
• Linux environment setup & maintenance.
• Oracle environment design & maintenance.
• Relational databases – Oracle, SQL & PL/SQL.
• Python scripting – Required.
• Shell scripting – Required.
• System Engineering – Unix/Linux/Windows – Required.
• Higher education (Bachelor/Master) or equivalent experience – Required.
• Proactive attitude & eagerness to learn – Required.
• Demonstrable experience with ISO27001 operation - Security-mindset.
• Demonstrable experience with set-up and maintenance of Apache Cassandra environments.
• Experience within OT SCADA systems is a plus.

We are looking for an OT Data Engineer for the OT Network Management Systems service.

You are responsible for the end-to-end management and further development of OT data processing with a lot of real-time data that comes in from the field, flows through to historical data and data platforms.

You ensure stability, security and performance through health checks and support upgrades and patching, you plan and implement necessary data refreshes in coordination with those involved and guarantee data quality management. At the same time, you realize new business needs and integrations with surrounding systems through research, development and continuous optimization.

You design and manage the infrastructure and pipelines (databases) needed to make data available to analysts and data scientists within the business.
