We are seeking a passionate and strategic leader to support AI literacy and adoption initiatives across R&D. This role works across the AI Literacy team, to ensure a cohesive and impactful experience for R&D employees.
The Associate Director will bring a strong clinical and scientific perspective while helping shape content, identify high-value use cases for tools, engage stakeholders, and drive responsible AI adoption across the organization. This individual will help connect the needs of R&D functions with AI literacy initiatives, ensuring programs are relevant, practical, and aligned with business priorities.
The ideal candidate combines scientific credibility with a passion for learning, innovation, and organizational transformation. They are comfortable operating across multiple teams and disciplines, connecting stakeholders, identifying meaningful opportunities for AI adoption, and helping employees build the confidence and skills needed to use AI effectively and responsibly.

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
