Technology and Transformation Alliances, part of Analytical Development (AD) Synthetics at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, leads AD transformation through means of data, modelling, technology, and strategic partnerships.
The Technology team is looking for a Scientist (3 year contract) with a broad analytical background to support both conventional laboratory testing and the implementation of new and process analytical technologies as well as lab automation.
This role combines hands‑on lab work with exposure to advanced techniques such as spectroscopic tools, particle sizing techniques and automated workflows. You will contribute to method development, data generation, and the evaluation of new technologies in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
The position is suited for a scientifically strong and practically oriented professional who is curious to explore and learn new analytical approaches.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is: €60,000.00 - €96,255.00
