Manpower Belgium zoekt een ervaren Spray Painter / Wet Paint Technician voor een leidend bedrijf in Zeebrugge. Je levert hoogwaardige afwerkingen en werkt in een professioneel en vriendelijk team. In deze functie voer je natlakwerk uit, voer je spot-repairs uit, bereidt oppervlakken voor en controleert het eindresultaat.

Je werkt in een moderne werkruimte met een dagdienst en bent bereid overuren te maken. Wij vragen een goede beheersing van het Nederlands, rijbewijs B en ervaring als Spray

Qualifications

• Goede beheersing van het Nederlands (mondeling en schriftelijk).
• Rijbewijs B.
• Ervaring als Spray Painter of soortgelijk is een voordeel.
• In staat om zelfstandig en in team te werken.
• Nauwkeurigheid en kwaliteitsbewustzijn.

Responsabilités

• Spuiten met natlak volgens kwaliteitsnormen.
• Uitvoeren van spot-repairs en touch-ups.
• Oppervlakken voorbereiden voor schilderwerk.
• Voltooid werk controleren op kwaliteit.
• Samenwerken met het Repair Team en zorgen voor een veilige werkplek.

For a leading company in Zeebrugge, we are looking for a motivated Spray Painter / Wet Paint Technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality finishing work.

Functieomschrijving:

As part of the Repair Team, you will be responsible for carrying out precision spray painting and ensuring a high-quality finish on parts and components.

Your Responsibilities:

• Applying wet paint coatings to parts and components according to quality standards.
• Performing spot repairs and touch-up work.
• Preparing surfaces for painting and finishing.
• Inspecting completed work to ensure excellent quality.
• Collaborating with colleagues within the Repair Team.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

You will work in a modern and pleasant workplace on a day shift schedule and are willing to work overtime when required.

Kandidaatprofiel:

You are a detail-oriented professional who values quality and takes responsibility for your work.

Your Profile:

• Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Previous experience as a Spray Painter, Automotive Painter, or Wet Paint Technician is an advantage.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Efficient, accurate, and quality-focused work ethic.
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of responsibility.
