Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Geel site seeks a Tankpark Operator within the Weighing & Logistics team to safely receive, inspect, and unload incoming tankers, manage the tank park, gas storage and open storage areas. You will contribute to safe, efficient and compliant plant operations while coordinating with production and QC.

The role requires mechanical and process understanding, knowledge of ADR and safety practices, and capability to work with SAP/MES in a chemical plant

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in a technical/industrial field.
• Experience in industrial settings, preferably unloading tank trucks and handling chemicals.
• Technical insight into pumps, valves, process installations and control systems.
• Good knowledge of ADR regulations, safety rules and handling hazardous substances.
• Basic knowledge of chemical analysis techniques and production processes; experience with SAP and MES.
• Fluency in Dutch, English, German and French; proactive and safety-minded.

Responsabilités

• Inspect incoming tank trucks, transport docs, and SAP orders, including ADR conformity checks.
• Take samples of incoming products, monitor lab results, and coordinate release with QC.
• Safely unload tank trucks and operate unloading installations, pumps and park infrastructure.
• Coordinate with production planning to ensure optimal tank park scheduling and material availability.
• Maintain, clean and inspect tanks, installations and storage zones; supervise external contractors.
• Contribute to safety, optimization, digitalization and investment projects including participation in HAZOP studies and procedure improvements.

Functiebeschrijving

De site van Johnson & Johnson in Geel is de grootste chemische productiesite voor small molecule Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API's) binnen de wereldwijde supply chain. De site speelt een cruciale rol in het veilig en efficiënt leveren van levensreddende geneesmiddelen en ondersteunt tegelijkertijd de introductie van nieuwe farmaceutische producten. Als Tankparkoperator binnen het Weighing & Logistics-team ben je verantwoordelijk voor het veilig ontvangen, controleren en lossen van inkomende tankwagens, het beheer van het tankpark, de gasopslag en de open opslagzones. Je draagt bij aan een veilige, efficiënte en conforme werking van de installaties, waarbij kwaliteit, veiligheid en samenwerking centraal staan.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Controleren van inkomende tankwagens, transportdocumentatie en SAP-bestellingen, inclusief verificatie van ADR-conformiteit.
• Nemen van stalen van inkomende producten, opvolgen van laboratoriumresultaten en coördineren van vrijgaveprocessen met QC.
• Veilig lossen van tankwagens en bedienen van losinstallaties, pompsystemen en andere tankparkinfrastructuur.
• Afstemmen met productieplanning en productieafdelingen om een optimale tankparkplanning en materiaalbeschikbaarheid te garanderen.
• Onderhouden, reinigen en inspecteren van tanks, installaties en opslagzones, inclusief toezicht houden op externe contractors.
• Actief bijdragen aan veiligheids-, optimalisatie-, digitaliserings- en investeringsprojecten, inclusief deelname aan HAZOP-studies en het opstellen of verbeteren van procedures.

Vereisten

• Diploma Hoger Middelbaar Onderwijs of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
• Ervaring in een industriële omgeving, bij voorkeur met het lossen van tankwagens en het werken met chemische producten.
• Technisch inzicht in pompen, kleppen, procesinstallaties en besturingssystemen.
• Goede kennis van ADR-regelgeving, veiligheidsvoorschriften en het omgaan met gevaarlijke stoffen.
• Basiskennis van chemische analysetechnieken en productieprocessen, gecombineerd met ervaring met SAP, MES en gangbare softwaretoepassingen.
• Mondelinge kennis van Nederlands, Engels, Duits en Frans, met een flexibele, proactieve en veiligheidsgerichte instelling.
