Johnson & Johnson is seeking an EM/Logistic Analyst for the CAR‑T Europe program. You will oversee Environmental Monitoring sample handling, processing and analysis, plus the logistics of Drug Product samples and critical reagents. The role involves QC administration and ensuring GMP‑compliant lab operations.

Work is in a two‑shift system (early and late) with a temporary appointment to start. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to safeguard accurate sampling and documentation

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a cGMP environment within Environmental Monitoring, logistics or a similar role.
• Experience with Environmental Monitoring tests is a strong plus.
• Good knowledge of GMP guidelines and quality/compliance procedures.
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Receive, unpack, incubate and read Environmental Monitoring samples per GMP guidelines.
• Perform Environmental Monitoring tests and correctly record results.
• Receive, process, store and manage Drug Product samples at various temperatures (-120°C, -80°C, 2-8°C).
• Coordinate internal transport of Critical Reagents and support material flow.
• Handle QC administrative tasks, including processing COA results in eLIMS for gowning, cleaning and other consumables.
• Support laboratory investigations, CAPAs, safety initiatives and participate in lab meetings.

Functiebeschrijving

Als EM/Logistic Analyst binnen QC CAR-T Europe ondersteun je de kwaliteitscontroleactiviteiten voor het innovatieve CAR-T-programma van Johnson & Johnson. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontvangen, verwerken, incuberen en analyseren van Environmental Monitoring (EM)-stalen, evenals voor de logistieke opvolging van Drug Product-stalen en Critical Reagents. Daarnaast verzorg je administratieve QC-activiteiten en draag je bij aan een veilige, GMP-conforme laboratoriumomgeving. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende teams om ervoor te zorgen dat alle stalen correct worden behandeld, opgeslagen en gedocumenteerd volgens de geldende procedures en kwaliteitsstandaarden. Deze functie wordt uitgevoerd in een tweeploegenstelsel (vroege en late shift). Wij starten met het geven van een tijdelijke aanstelling.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Ontvangen, uitpakken, incuberen en aflezen van Environmental Monitoring-stalen volgens GMP-richtlijnen en geldende procedures.
• Uitvoeren van Environmental Monitoring-testen en correct registreren en rapporteren van resultaten.
• Ontvangen, verwerken, opslaan en beheren van Drug Product-stalen onder verschillende temperatuurcondities (-120°C, -80°C en 2-8°C).
• Verzorgen van het interne transport van Critical Reagents en ondersteuning bieden bij de grondstoffenstroom.
• Beheren van administratieve QC-taken, waaronder het verwerken van COA-resultaten in eLIMS voor gowning-, cleaning- en andere verbruiksmaterialen.
• Ondersteunen van laboratoriumonderzoeken, CAPAs, veiligheidsinitiatieven en bijdragen aan functionele laboratoriumvergaderingen.

Vereisten

• Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een cGMP-omgeving binnen Environmental Monitoring, logistiek of een vergelijkbare functie.
• Ervaring met Environmental Monitoring-testen is een sterke plus.
• Goede kennis van GMP-richtlijnen en het werken volgens kwaliteits- en complianceprocedures.
• Vaardigheid in Microsoft Office-applicaties, waaronder Outlook, Excel, Word en PowerPoint.
• Sterke administratieve vaardigheden met oog voor detail en nauwkeurige documentatie.
• Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden en bereidheid om te werken in een tweeploegenstelsel (06:00-14:00 en 12:00-20:00).
