ATG Europe seeks a Laboratory Maintenance and Operations Specialist to support ESA Education Programme activities at the Libin, Belgium site. You will maintain laboratories and workshops, coordinate maintenance and calibration, and assist in planning and executing CubeSat and aerospace test campaigns.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field and have 4+ years’ laboratory operations experience, with strong English skills and knowledge of safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• Minimum 4 years in laboratory operations or aerospace testing environments.
• Experience operating laboratory/test equipment.
• Experience planning or coordinating maintenance/calibration activities.
• Familiarity with health, safety and risk assessment procedures.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Maintain laboratories and workshops, plan and arrange regular maintenance and calibration.
• Arrange corrective maintenance and repair with external suppliers.
• Plan and execute test campaigns with university teams and space hardware.
• Prepare reports and conduct post-test reviews.
• Develop and deliver facility-specific training to users.
• Support procurement and deployment of new test facilities and equipment.
• Ensure data privacy and compliance databases are up-to-date.
