AmpsTek is seeking a Solution Architect with expertise or strong interest in KYC and mortgages, to design resilient architectures. The role requires guiding engineers and domain architects, ensuring regulatory compliance and coherent data flows across IT and business lines.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into feasible, value-driven architecture and roadmaps, leading cross-team initiatives in a hybrid Brussels environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering architecture for business and IT problems.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to map dependencies and align solutions.
• Create designs with engineers and Domain Architects guiding deployment of the design.
• Own end-to-end architecture for KYC and Mortgages capabilities ensuring regulatory and data flows are coherent.
• Drive complex changes across Tribes and translate business requirements into customer value.
• Define and align roadmaps between squads and other parts of the organization, managing dependencies.
• Act as a connector between colleagues with different expertise, including IT Integrators, Engineers, and Product Owners.
• Lead solution approach using deep knowledge of architecture, landscapes, infrastructure, and business needs.

Description

We are looking a Solution Architect with experience or a broad interest, especially in the

areas of Know Your Customer (KYC) and/or Mortgages. The focus of your architecture

activities will be to establish resilient solution architectures for business and IT problems in

line.

Responsibilities:

• You are working in cooperation with IT and Business stakeholders recognizing the correlation / dependencies between their activities.
• You create your designs in close collaboration with the engineers and Domain Architects, guiding them to the deployment of the design.
• You own the end-to-end architecture of KYC and/or Mortgages capabilities ensuring that regulatory requirements, business processes, data flows and IT solutions evolve coherently.
• You drive to make complex changes or projects happen within and across Tribes. Your holistic view as well as your knowledge of both Business and IT are crucial in the translation of business requirements in a sequence that delivers customer value as early as possible.
• You define and align the roadmaps between squads – from same or different Tribes – and other parts of the organization and thoroughly manage dependencies.
• You are the connecting pin between colleagues having different expertise in self-steering teams (squads). Your colleagues will be IT Integrators, IT Solution Architects, Engineers, Domain Architects, Product Owners or Squad Masters, Developers, Customer Journey Experts,etc.
• You are a driver of the solution approach (together with squads) using in-depth knowledge of Business and IT such as architecture, application landscapes, infrastructure, business
