Veeam is seeking a Solutions Architect to partner with Sales in delivering end-to-end solutions. You will provide architectural designs, engage in large-scale proofs of concept and validate deployments for partners and customers, while sharing subject-matter expertise across Veeam product suites.

You will contribute to whitepapers, best-practice guides, and competitive analyses, and serve as a visible SME in community forums and at events. Fluent English and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Deep experience with hypervisor technologies from multiple vendors (Vmware, Microsoft, Red Hat)
• Hands-on experience with large and complex datacenter infrastructure operations
• Experience with top hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Experience with relational database software
• Experience with programming/scripting languages for automation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident presenting to groups, in person or on phone
• Willingness to travel within the region as directed
• Self-starter with ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Demonstrated focus on solutions and strong problem-solving abilities
• Fluent English speaker

Responsabilités

• Engage with sales teams to support opportunities from pre- to post-sales

About the Role

At Veeam, Solutions Architects work closely with sales providing solutions to problems. As well as helping to evangelize our product offerings to our partners, resellers and end users, they provide a subject matter level of expertise and engage with opportunities at a deeper level to ensure pre‑sales and post‑sales success.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with sales teams in supporting sales opportunities from pre‑sales through post‑sales relationships
• Provide architectural designs and engage in large scale proof of concepts, technical alliance validations, and post‑sales deployments supporting Veeam service delivery partners
• Provide subject matter expertise in the Veeam product suites to customers, partners, and internal Veeam teams
• Develop whitepapers, best practice guides, competitive analysis documentation, and compete strategies as required to support deployment engagements and sales opportunities
• Be an active contributor in the Veeam Community Forums
• Attend marketing and technical presentations representing Veeam at a subject matter expert level

What You’ll Bring

Pay Transparency Compensation

Compensation for this role reflects total target compensation (TTC), including base salary and a performance-based bonus. For roles with a commission plan, compensation reflects on‑target earnings (OTE), including base salary and variable commission. Veeam does not request or consider salary history during the hiring process. Compensation Range €102.700—€190.600 EUR
