JoBBsquare Belgie in Belgium is a senior architecture role focused on supporting business and IT transformation towards a modern, scalable technology ecosystem across multiple countries.

Lead solution architecture for projects within a defined business domain and collaborate with business and IT teams to translate requirements into architectural solutions. Fluent communication across international teams is required, with French or Dutch language proficiency an advantage.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in complex IT environments, including several years in architecture and digital transformation.
• Strong functional expertise and ability to engage with business stakeholders, understand processes and challenges, and identify appropriate solutions.
• Solid knowledge of API/Microservices, Domain-Driven Design, SOA, Master Data Management, ETL, Analytics/Data Lakes, Cloud and Business Process Modelling.

Responsabilités

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture for projects within a defined business domain.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs, gather and structure information, and translate business requirements into functional and architectural solutions.
• Define and evolve domain architecture in collaboration with business and IT teams.
• Facilitate discussions between technical teams and stakeholders, from operational teams to senior management.
• Support and coach other architects on solution design and architecture documentation.
• Ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives, security principles and the overall enterprise architecture.

Functional & technical expertise

• 10+ years of experience in complex IT environments, including several years in architecture and digital transformation.
• Strong functional expertise and ability to engage with business stakeholders, understand processes and challenges, and identify appropriate solutions.
• Solid knowledge of areas such as API/Microservices, Domain-Driven Design, SOA, Master Data Management, ETL, Analytics/Data Lakes, Cloud and Business Process Modelling.
• Experience with information security and architecture principles.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to adapt communication to different audiences and collaborate effectively across international teams.
• Experience with architecture modelling tools and/or enterprise architecture frameworks is a plus.
• Fluent English and French additional languages are an advantage.
