Kwery is seeking a dedicated tester to translate business analyses into concrete quality requirements and to write and run automated tests. The role includes coaching a junior tester, setting priorities, and driving improvements in testing tools within an Agile environment.

You will help create clear processes and ensure traceability through a quality roadmap, contributing to audits and action plans to raise overall quality levels.

Qualifications

• Experience with translating business analyses into quality requirements.
• Ability to write and execute automated tests.
• Experience coordinating quality checks in an Agile environment.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

• Je vertaalt business-analyses naar concrete kwaliteitsvereisten, schrijft en voert geautomatiseerde testen uit, coördineert quality checks en identificeert bottlenecks vroegtijdig binnen een Agile omgeving.
• Je ondersteunt en coacht een junior tester, stelt prioriteiten, optimaliseert testtools en neemt het voortouw bij verbeteringen of toolwijzigingen.
• Je bouwt aan duidelijke processen en traceerbaarheid via een kwaliteits-roadmap, en werkt mee aan audits en actieplannen om de overall kwaliteit te verhogen
