Waer Waters, the Benelux wellness resort, seeks a Social Media Marketer to develop and implement creative campaigns that strengthen the brand and attract guests. You will manage channels, craft engaging copy for emails, blogs, and web content, and collaborate with the CMO and marketing colleagues to meet commercial goals.

Since 2012, Waer Waters, the largest wellness resort in the Benelux, has welcomed guests into an oasis of peace, luxury and relaxation. Our 12,000 m² resort combines wellness, fitness and culinary indulgence. With 23 themed saunas, 24 pools and baths, five restaurants and a wide range of treatments, we offer our guests a complete experience for body and mind.

THE ROLE

As our Social Media Marketer, you will develop and implement creative marketing campaigns designed to strengthen the Waer Waters brand and attract new customers.

You will actively manage and monitor our social media channels while creating engaging copy for email campaigns, SEO-optimised blog posts, our website and internal communications.

You will work closely with the CMO and the other members of the marketing team to achieve our marketing and commercial objectives. You will join an ambitious team where creativity, out-of-the-box thinking and accessible luxury are at the heart of everything we do.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute to the overall content strategy in line with the company’s marketing and commercial objectives
• Create and develop original campaign concepts that resonate with our target audience
• Translate the Waer Waters brand identity into compelling and consistent content

Social media and communication channels

• Create engaging content for all our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn
• Manage and grow an active and engaged online community
• Work closely with our Brand & Creative Manager, who oversees the visual aspects of photo and video production
• Write compelling copy for our owned media channels, including flyers, brochures, website content, blog posts and internal communications
• Develop effective email campaigns that connect with and inspire our target audience
• Write strong, SEO-driven content to optimise our website and improve its online visibility
• Coordinate events such as our sports open day, testimonial sessions, New Year’s reception for members and experience evenings for guests
• Develop collaborations and partnerships with other brands

Analysis and optimisation

• Analyse the performance of each communication channel
• Report on results and identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop targeted action plans to optimise our marketing performance

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or Communication, or have at least five years of equivalent professional experience
• You live and breathe social media and stay up to date with the latest trends and developments
• You are a creative storyteller with strong copywriting skills
• SEO and SEA are second nature to you
• You are passionate about wellness, relaxation, sports, food and hospitality
• You are fluent in Dutch and French and have a good command of English, particularly in writing
• You are available to work one evening shift until 9:30 p.m. and one weekend shift on either Saturday or Sunday, based on a fortnightly schedule
• You have a strong sense of responsibility and a genuine passion for marketing
• You are proactive and enjoy contributing ideas to the organisation
