More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Social media and Content designer for Modular in our office in Roeselare - Armoedestraat (Belgium).

In this role, you will be responsible for creating attractive visual content across our digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Social Media | Manage and grow our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest): planning, posting, community engagement. For paid addvertisements you work together with the digital marketing specialist to explore new creative ideas to grow reach and engagement. Stay up to date with design trends and social media best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Visual content creation | Your graphic design skills will bring our brand and ideas to life through engaging visuals. From eye-catching social media graphics, brochures, newsletters, to sleek PowerPoint presentations and event invitations. You’ll make every piece of communication look polished, professional, and on - brand.
• Creative brainstormer | You are the spark behind fresh, bold, and original ideas. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to generate, shape, and refine creative for visuals, training experiences, merchandise, videos, animations…
• Design lover | you’re inspired by design, architecture, and creativity in all forms. You understand the world of (interior) architecture and instinctively know what captures the attention of this audience. With a refined eye for detail and style, you help us create communication experiences that feel authentic, sophisticated, and inspiring to architects.
• Versatile team player | You enjoy working across different projects and supporting colleagues. You combine creativity with a hands‑on attitude and love collaborating with others to make ideas happen.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in creating strong visual content in the domain of (interior) design is required.
• You must be skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience in lighting is a plus, but a strong eye for (interior) design, detail, and visual storytelling is a must.
• Previous experience dealing and collaborating with interior architects would be appreciated.
• Experience in social media marketing, working in a Marketing team.
• Fluent in Dutch and English. Both languages are required.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, creative environment.
• Organized, self‑driven, and eager to learn and grow.
• Ability to work constructively within a team and lead meaningful discussions on visual content strategy and execution.
• Open to working in the office in Roeselare - Armoedestraat at least 3 days a week.
