Job summary

L.E.A.SE. S.A. (Luxembourg Engineering & Application Services) is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee installation activities, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards on site.

The role requires a mechanical or electrical engineering background, at least 5 years of site supervision experience, and strong communication in English plus French or German. Travel worldwide is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide site supervision for commissioning, testing and hand-over of automated installations.
• Interface between project management, subcontractors and operators; maintain dialogue with Client’s site management.
• Daily progress reporting with customer, suppliers and sub-contractors; participate in coordination meetings.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations; supervise on-site quality control.
• Develop and maintain project records, time sheets and administrative duties as needed.

Job description

Site support for commissioning, testing and hand-over of the automated installation to the customer

Ensure that the installation works are in accordance with quality requirements

Instruction and training of operator for maintenance

Follow-up the health & safety procedures in the workplace

The Employee will act as Site Supervisor and will be responsible for all aspects of general site management as well as for maintaining regular dialogue and contact with the Client’s site project management

Interface between project management, subcontractors and operators

Supervision and assistance of the activities of the subcontractors at site

Daily progress reporting with the customer, suppliers and sub-contractors as well as participate in regular co-ordination meetings

Management with client and other parties for all aspects of co activities

The Employee shall present activity reports and time sheets on a weekly basis

Set-up, develop, maintain the project structure on site. Supervise the project installation according to the health and safety regulations.

Quality control on-site

Develops & maintains necessary records & files for efficient operation.

Perform administrative duties when necessary

Your profile:

Qualified mechanical or electrical education with Technical or Engineering degree

Minimum 5 Years working experience site supervision

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and; French or German.

Knowledge of any other language is a benefit

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

Willingness to travel worldwide
