0001 McBride S.A. in Estaimpuis, Belgium, seeks a Finance Business Partner to lead financial planning for the site and to support its two business divisions. You will report to the Finance Director and collaborate with the Plant Manager to drive performance and strategic decisions.

You will own budgeting and forecasting, monitor costs and capital, manage working capital, and strengthen internal controls while delivering value through robust business cases and clear financial insights.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Finance Business Partner, Controlling, or Finance role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in project management and change management initiatives.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the Plant Manager and Site Management Team to provide financial insight, constructive challenge, and decision support.
• Lead the annual budget and periodic forecasts, setting ambitious but realistic targets.
• Monitor and challenge manufacturing costs, overheads, OPEX, CAPEX, and inventory.
