Medi-Market Group is seeking a Shop Manager for Beveren to lead a dynamic parapharmacy team and deliver exceptional customer care. You will manage staff, scheduling, and daily operations to ensure a smooth store flow and a welcoming shopping experience.

The role requires strong leadership, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to train and motivate staff to achieve sales and service targets. Weekend availability is expected as part of a busy retail environment.
