Essentiel Antwerp in Brussels (Sablon) seeks a full-time Shop Manager to act as an ambassador for the brand in Belgium and lead a high-energy retail team.

You will drive sales, curate the customer journey, and collaborate with HQ to ensure a premium store environment and brand standards.

• Guide customers in discovering the brand and building long-term relationships.
• Drive sales, conversion and customer service targets.
• Manage the full customer journey: anticipate needs and showcase product knowledge, styling and aftercare.
• Oversee daily store operations including stock management, logistics, visual merchandising and stockroom organization.

For our new store in Brussels (Sablon), we are looking for a full-time Shop Manager.

As a Shop Manager, you act as an ambassador for Essentiel Antwerp and proudly represent the brand in Belgium.

You will be part of our community and play an active role in the brand's development by:

• Taking full ownership of the store and turning it into your own inspiring space
• Creating a dynamic, welcoming and vibrant retail environment
• Acting as a link between the store and headquarters to enhance the overall store experience
• Delivering an exceptional and personalized customer experience
• Guiding customers in discovering the brand and building long-term relationships
• Driving sales, conversion and customer service targets
• Managing the full customer journey: anticipating needs, exceeding expectations and showcasing strong expertise in product knowledge, styling and aftercare
• Overseeing daily store operations (stock management, logistics, visual merchandising and stockroom organization)

Who you are

• Previous experience in a similar role within fashion or luxury is a plus
