Hawaiian Poke Bowl in Belgium is hiring enthusiastic shift leaders. We welcome applicants with leadership or hospitality experience and offer training to grow into a supervisory role.

You must be 18+, able to work evenings and weekends, and focused on safety and customer service. As a shift leader, you will guide a student team, ensure top-quality bowls, and support guests while managing opening/closing tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible for full-time work.
• Experience as shift leader or in a managerial role in hospitality or food service.
• Willing to learn HACCP and food safety practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of student workers and foster a positive, efficient work atmosphere.
• Ensure quality and consistency; make sure every bowl is prepared to standard.
• Assist customers and provide top-notch service while handling inquiries or complaints.
• Manage opening and closing shifts and keep operations running smoothly.
• Learn KPIs and understand how they optimize restaurant performance.

• Experienced? You have worked as a shift leader or in a managerial role in hospitality or food service. You know how to lead a team and ensure a smooth, efficient shift.
• No leadership experience? No problem! You have worked in hospitality or food service and are ready to take the next step. We’ll train you to become a great shift leader!
• You are at least 18 years old and looking for a full-time job.
• You understand or are eager to learn about safety and hygiene (HACCP).
• Working flexible hours (evenings and weekends) is no issue for you.
• You are customer-focused and can professionally handle inquiries or complaints.
• You want to work in a dynamic team and grow within a rapidly expanding company!

What will you do?
