Hawaiian Poke Bowl is looking for enthusiastic shift leaders to join our team and grow into a leadership role. You’ll lead a team of student workers, ensure smooth shifts and provide top-notch service, while learning about KPIs that optimize restaurant performance.

We offer a 38-hour contract, a gross hourly wage of €16.88, meal vouchers and growth opportunities from shift leader to manager. Evening and weekend shifts are part of the role, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience as a shift leader or in a managerial role in hospitality or food service.
• No leadership experience? We’ll train you to become a shift leader.
• You are at least 18 years old and seeking a full-time job.
• You understand or are eager to learn about safety and hygiene (HACCP).
• Working flexible hours (evenings and weekends) is required.
• You are customer-focused and can handle inquiries or complaints professionally.
• You want to work in a dynamic team and grow within a rapidly expanding company.
