Onze klant is wereldwijd marktleider in de productie van metaalbewerkingsmachines. Met een volledig assortiment aan verticale en horizontale metaalbewerkingsmachines, CNC-freesapparatuur en draaibanken, staan ze bekend om hun kwaliteit en innovatie. Ter uitbreiding van hun team in België zijn ze op zoek naar een service technieker.

Als service technieker krijg je de kans om distributeurs in heel Europa te ondersteunen. Je treedt op als expert in het oplossen van complexere problemen en zorgt ervoor dat de machines optimaal blijven presteren.

Concreet omvat jouw takenpakket:

• Je start met een uitgebreide training van een ervaren collega en leert stap voor stap al hun machines kennen.
• Je werkt mee aan het verbeteren van bestaande installaties.
• Op kantoor bied je telefonische ondersteuning aan klanten en werk je nauw samen met het team.
• Daarnaast reis je regelmatig door heel Europa om complexe storingen ter plaatse te verhelpen en klanten te ondersteunen (ongeveer 50%).
