The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Scientist in Technical Consumer Data Research (TCDR) to lead internal sensory operations across the EMEA region, delivering high-quality sensory and consumer data to enable product, packaging, and equipment development.

As an individual contributor, you design and run sensory studies, manage laboratory audits, and provide data-driven recommendations to cross-functional teams including R&D, Marketing and HI.

Qualifications

• Educational requirements include a BSc or MSc/PhD in Food or Sensory Science or related field with mastery of sensory, consumer research and applied statistics.
• 4+ years of FMCG experience in sensory and consumer research with cross-functional collaboration.
• Operational sensory laboratory experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead internal sensory laboratory operations including panels, contractors, technicians, and interns.
• Maintain laboratory standards and lead annual audits to successful completion.
• Design and conduct sensory and consumer studies with rigorous data collection and analysis.
• Provide recommendations on business solutions based on strong technical consumer research.
• Collaborate with R&D, Marketing and Human Insight teams to translate insights into product decisions.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and evaluation of product/packaging/equipment.
