In4Matic is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer Windows to design, implement and maintain secure Windows infrastructure in a Brussels on-site environment. You will automate, monitor and harden systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile setting.

The role emphasizes leadership in technical projects, documentation, and ongoing optimization of reliability and security. A strong Windows, VMware and IT security background is essential, along with Dutch/French and English language

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven experience as a Windows DevOps Engineer.
• Belgian nationality required.
• Top Secret security clearance or willingness to obtain one.
• Fully on-site assignment in Brussels, five days per week; remote/hybrid not allowed.
• Dutch or French as main language with good knowledge of the other national language and English.
• Flexible working hours.

• Troubleshooting complex issues and optimizing performance.
• Supporting high-availability and resilient infrastructure.
• Mentoring junior engineers and sharing knowledge across the team.
• Collaborating with other teams to improve DevOps processes.
