Job summary

AM-Team is a Ghent-based modelling and data services company focused on water utilities and engineers. We seek a Medior/Senior Modelling and Data Engineer to drive modelling projects and build digital twins at a global scale.

The role blends water treatment knowledge with data science and process modelling. You will collaborate across teams, develop innovative modelling solutions, and contribute to client reports, training, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in water or wastewater industry or related data modelling work.
• MSc in environmental engineering with understanding of water treatment processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead modelling and digital twin projects and deliver outcomes as reports and presentations.
• Develop and deliver fully operational digital twins of treatment processes.
• Communicate technical concepts internally and at external events; write technical abstracts/blogs.
