Deloitte Belgium is seeking a Senior VAT Consultant to act as the primary client contact on VAT matters. You will advise on national and international VAT implications, collaborate with Deloitte network colleagues, and work within a multidisciplinary Tax and Legal team.

You will mentor junior professionals and help deliver high-quality client service, across offices in Antwerp, Ghent or Zaventem, with a flexible hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• University degree in a business-related discipline such as law or economics (post‑graduate tax degree is a plus).
• 3–6 years of relevant VAT/indirect tax experience in a consulting or law firm.

Responsabilités

• Be the primary client contact on VAT matters, building strong relationships.
• Advise on VAT implications for national and international structures and operations.
• Collaborate with Deloitte network members on assignments.
• Work in a multidisciplinary team across Tax and Legal practice and other Deloitte units.
• Ensure client service delivery to Deloitte quality standards.
• Mentor and counsel junior tax professionals.
