Accenture Belgium is seeking a dynamic Team Lead in Utilities to guide functional and technical profiles on IT-implementation projects focused on MIGDGO/MIG6. The role blends team leadership with deep SME capabilities in market information exchange processes within the energy sector.

You will steer both functional and technical teams, ensuring high-quality delivery, guiding junior members, and collaborating with offshore teams while driving continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Utilities sector as a Team Lead in IT-implementation projects.
• Functional specialization in MIGDGO/MIG6 with several years of experience is expected.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and mentoring skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch/French proficiency is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Translate business requirements into concrete work items with the team.
• Plan and prioritize work items to align with project milestones.
• Implement and enforce best practices across the delivery lifecycle.
• Lead regular team meetings, manage risks, provide guidance and support.
• Provide constructive feedback to team and client to foster improvement.
• Contribute to the Technology Resources community and mentor junior members.
