Job summary

Daikin Europe Coordination Center, based in Oostkamp, is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Treasury Analyst to take ownership of complex treasury topics and act as a trusted partner for internal and external stakeholders.

You will join a five‑person Treasury team and lead front‑ and mid‑office activities, overseeing bank relationships, group banking architecture, treasury systems, cash flow forecasting, intercompany financing, FX risk management, and performance analytics.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Multiple years of experience in corporate treasury, multinational environment, or related advisory.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with strategic mindset.
• Solid understanding of financial markets, FX, interest rates, and corporate finance.
• Affinity with IT systems (SAP FI, BI tools, or TMS) is a plus.
• Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, accurate, and able to manage complexity independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead front‑ and mid‑office treasury activities at group level.
• Drive bank relationship management and contract negotiations for credit lines, guarantees, loans and cash management services.
• Analyze and optimize the group banking architecture and liquidity structures.
• Drive treasury systems improvements (TMS, SAP, EBS) and multi‑bank connectivity.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting, liquidity reporting and variance analysis for the group.
• Ensure compliant documentation for intercompany loans, deposits and external financing.
• Support hedging decisions and derivative accounting; assess hedging effectiveness.
• Prepare treasury reports and support investment evaluations including WACC calculations.
• Ensure IFRS, EMIR, J‑SOX compliance and treasury governance.
