The Purpose:

As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you will be a key contributor to our mission of simplifying access to local payment methods. You are expected to handle ambiguous tasks with high complexity, working independently across teams to manage the flow of funds that powers our global network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liquidity Management: Manage day-to-day group cash and liquidity for both customer and business funds, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Payment Cycles: Prepare and approve customer payouts for daily, weekly, and monthly billing cycles with a focus on impactful outcomes over task completion.
  • Operational Oversight: Monitor bank accounts for rejected, returned, and unauthorized transactions; proactively identify and resolve risks or security concerns.
  • Strategic Banking: Collaborate with banks on KYC, cash management, and payment processing, serving as an external interface for the team.
  • FX & Data: Execute FX deals and utilize data-driven insights to make informed tactical decisions that optimize team performance.
  • System Innovation: Assist with the implementation and setup of the Treasury Management System (TMS), leading efforts to enhance team performance and cross-departmental workflows.
