EY in Belgium (Diegem) seeks an Experienced Consultant in Transfer Pricing for Financial Services. You will provide technical advice to major banks, insurers, and asset managers, handling complex TP matters and supporting cross-border engagements.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders and play a key role in business development. You will contribute to high-quality opinions, market insights, and knowledge sharing while developing valuation models and TP documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in economics, potentially with an additional degree in taxation.
• Between 2 - 5 years of professional experience in Transfer Pricing.
• Fluency in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Market and client focus.
• Good project management skills.
• A team player’s mentality with sound communication skills and a hands-on approach.

Responsabilités

• Advise major financial services clients on (inter)national transfer pricing matters.
• Address highly complex transfer pricing issues and draft high-quality opinions.
• Devise, direct, and execute database searches for companies in Europe and abroad.
• Assist in performing economic, financial and accounting analyses.
• Develop complex valuation models and tools.
• Review and design transfer pricing policies, including documentation/compliance.
• Support tax audits and litigation with the Transfer Pricing team.
• Assist with tax ruling requests and advanced pricing agreements (APA).
• Attend international meetings with key decision-makers on client needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with top financial services clients and support their questions.
