A leading construction company is seeking an experienced Tower Crane Operator to join their team in Walsum, Germany. This role requires at least 10 years of experience operating 40+t capacity tower cranes. The ideal candidate is committed to safety and operational excellence. Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience as an operator of 40+t capacity tower cranes.
• Experience operating tower cranes with a lattice boom.
• Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Responsabilités

• Ensure everyone works safely and follows SHEQ standards.
• Assemble, configure, and disassemble a crane.
• Operate and control the crane independently.

Connaissances

Experience operating 40+t capacity tower cranes

Knowledge of mechanics and electronics

Proficiency in English

Excellent communication skills

Capability to work at heights

Formation

Hoisting/safety certificate

Driver’s License C or CE (recommended)

Additional certificates (forklift, telehandler)
