ENGIE Belgium is seeking a Senior Team Leader for Safety & Site Security within the BGB entity (Brugge – Gent – Brussels). You will lead a team of 4, drive a proactive safety culture across multiple industrial sites, and work closely with operations, maintenance, projects and management.

You will be the first contact for site security and ensure all safety rules are applied and followed. You will develop and implement safety and security policies, coordinate access control and CCTV, and lead

Qualifications

• Technical background in safety, prevention or site security in an industrial setting.
• Safety advisor level 1 or 2 with knowledge of regulations and standards.
• Strong belief in safety and ability to inspire others.

Responsabilités

• Head the Safety & Site Security team (4 FTE) and build a future‑proof organization.
• Develop and embed proactive safety and security policies for BGB with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with laws, ENGIE Group Rules and ISO 45001; translate into practical on‑site actions.
• Act as trusted advisor for occupational safety and prevention.
• Coordinate site security policy (access control, CCTV, critical installations, contractor management).
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen safety and security collaboration.
• Support operations teams and maintain visibility on sites.
• Lead incident investigations and translate safety data into concrete actions.
