Job summary

HLB Antwerpen is seeking a seasoned corporate tax specialist to work closely with clients, delivering compliant filings and practical tax guidance. You will collaborate with experienced colleagues, handle Belgian and cross-border issues, and leverage AI tools to optimize processes.

Join a small team with direct client exposure, opportunities for training, and a flexible hybrid work arrangement from Berchem, Belgium.

Qualifications

At least three years of experience in Belgian corporate tax.
Interest in international taxation and broad practice.
Analytical, precise and pragmatic: translate knowledge into practical solutions.
Dutch and English professional proficiency; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare and file corporate tax returns and monitor filings, flag tax points with colleagues and clients.
Analyze Belgian and international tax issues and translate findings into concrete advice.
Assist clients during tax audits, answering questions and preparing information.
Contribute to the formation of companies and branches, mergers, dissolutions, and liquidations.
Support clients on Pillar 2 and transfer pricing compliance.
VAT, personal tax and international employment filings may also arise.
