Moët Hennessy Belgium & Netherlands is seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor to ensure operational excellence across the end-to-end supply chain for both markets. You will oversee customer service, logistics operations, and order management, lead a five-person team, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to align processes.

This role requires strong ERP (SAP) and Excel skills, fluent English, and preferably French or Dutch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Customer Service within FMCG, luxury, or beverages.
• Experience managing 3PLs, transport, or warehouse operations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; data‑driven approach.
• Solid understanding of ERP systems (SAP) and MS Office tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead Demand Planning for Belgium & Netherlands with central teams to align forecast and supply.
• Oversee Order-to-Cash and Customer Service across Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg.
• Manage 3PL performance and logistics costs; drive continuous improvement and KPI tracking.
• Supervise a five-person team; develop skills and promote collaboration across markets.
