Job summary

Vector Synergy seeks a seasoned Systems Engineer to analyse requirements and translate them into implementable DCIS solutions. You will define technical solutions and architectures using standard taxonomies, and ensure end-to-end functionality and emergent behaviour across the system landscape.

Ideal candidates bring a university degree in a relevant discipline and at least 10 years in engineering, with focus on complex ICT/CIS, defence, aerospace, or similar domains and experience in systems

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering or computer science (or related discipline).
• 10 years of relevant professional engineering experience in complex ICT/CIS, defence, aerospace, or highly integrated technical systems.
• Experience in Systems Engineering and/or Solution Architecture for complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Analysing operational, functional and project requirements and translating them into implementable DCIS solutions.
• Defining overall technical solutions and system architectures using established DCIS Node, Module and Service taxonomies.
• Ensuring resulting systems deliver required end-to-end functionality and emergent behaviour.

• 10 years of relevant professional engineering experience, including significant experience with complex ICT/CIS, defence , aerospace, telecommunications or other highly integrated technical systems;
