TechWolf in Ghent is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for our Integrations team. You will build and maintain scalable serverless Python microservices on AWS, partner with cross-functional teams, and guide others with your experience.

You’ll contribute to system design for integrations with HR tools like Workday, SAP, and ServiceNow, mentor peers, and help shape roadmaps while enjoying equity and a flexible work culture. Be based in Belgium or relocate to join us three days a week.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of practical software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in building serverless Python microservices on AWS.
• System design experience for integrations with HR tools (Workday, SAP, ServiceNow).
• Strong mentorship and communication skills.
• Based in Belgium or willing to relocate to Ghent, able to work onsite at Ghent office at least 3 days per week.

• Mentor at any level: provide constructive feedback, conduct code reviews, and offer technical guidance to more junior engineers and your peers.
• Help with System Design: participate in designing and implementing systems and in optimising current ones for performance and/or cost control
• Bring your best practices to the table: championing software development standards, testing methodologies, and efficient development processes
• Strategic Vision: participate in defining project roadmaps, contributing to risk assessment, execution, and ensuring quality and on-time delivery
• Collaboration: working closely with cross-functional product teams to understand and translate requirements into solutions

You'll collaborate with talented engineers eager to learn from your experience and guidance. What you'll do

• You're based in Belgium or open to relocating, and excited to work together with the TechWolf team in our Ghent office at least three days per week.
