Mavie in Belgium is seeking a Senior Process Integration Engineer to bridge semiconductor development with manufacturing. The role sits in the Manufacturing Support Team in Mechelen and involves collaboration with foundries in China, prototyping to high-volume production.

You will drive inline monitoring, data analysis, and process optimization, mentor junior engineers, and report progress and risks. Travel ~20% to China welcomed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on semiconductor FAB experience.
• Strong CMOS or MEMS manufacturing processes knowledge.
• Experience with semiconductor equipment, inline inspection, and metrology.
• Strong PM skills and ability to report progress.
• Willingness to travel ~20% to China.

Responsabilités

• Be part of the Manufacturing Support Team in Mechelen.
• Coordinate activities with the foundry partner in China.
• Bring prototypes into high-volume manufacturing.
• Define, optimize, and characterize inline monitoring for HVM.
• Analyze inline optical data to verify process specs.
• Run optical coating simulations.
• Assist in defining design rules and process step specifications.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of foundry process technology.
• Execute critical processing steps for device or test lots.
• Investigate failure modes, analyze SPC data, and propose yield improvements.
• Follow up on lot processing and process quality at foundries.
• Guide junior engineers in China.
• Provide timely reporting on transfer status and timelines.
• Support roadmaps and assess new foundry capabilities.
