Job summary

Keystone Solutions seeks a Senior Scrum Master for a client-site consultancy role. You will help elevate agile maturity, implement Scrum practices from the ground up, and protect the team from distractions to maximize outcomes.

You will coach the project team and stakeholders, participate in communities of practice, and harmonize ways of working across the organization. This is a 50% on-site / 50% homeworking position with English communication required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as Scrum Master.
• Mandatory experience with Jira or similar agile tools.
• Understanding of automated unit testing, automated functional testing, and CI tooling.
• Sound knowledge of software development and project management methodologies.
• Expert knowledge of agile methodology and techniques (e.g. Kanban).

Responsibilities

• Set up and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Retrospective) and other meetings
• Schedule and monitor key steps of the methodology
• Ensure smooth use of Scrum methodology and help the team overcome obstacles
• Support the Product Owner with the Product Backlog
• Assist the team in delivering the Definition of Done (DoD), Sprint Backlog, etc.
• Track team capacity and velocity metrics for planning and progress
• Coach and challenge the project team to promote self-organization
• Remove barriers to team effectiveness and protect the team from outside distractions
• Act as an ambassador of agile methods within the company
• Report to superiors on the deployment of Scrum methodology within projects
• Manage risks and issues

The client’s Artificial Intelligence tribe is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to elevate the agile maturity of their teams. You will be responsible for implementing scrum and sprint methodologies from the ground up, ensuring comprehensive understanding and adoption of agile practices within the project team. Agile Requirements

Agile teams are cross-functional, with all required disciplines represented (analysis, development, testing, etc.). Team members are expected to contribute beyond their primary roles to achieve sprint goals.

Required Experience and Knowledge

• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master
• Mandatory technical experience with agile reporting and follow-up tools (e.g. Jira)
• Understanding of automated unit testing, automated functional testing, and continuous integration tooling
• Sound knowledge of software development and project management methodologies
• Expert knowledge of agile methodology and techniques (e.g. Kanban)
