ITS Group S.A. seeks a Technical / Functional Analyst specialized in SAP WM/EWM to join the ERP team in Brussels.

You will bridge business requirements with SAP configuration, perform impact analysis, and support deployment, testing, and incident resolution in logistics and warehousing. You will collaborate with Logistics, Purchasing, Finance and HR, ensuring system stability, maintainability, and continuous improvement of SAP WM/EWM processes while documenting changes and guiding users through

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of SAP WM experience.
• Proven experience with SAP configuration.
• Strong Inventory Management and Warehousing expertise.
• Fluent in Dutch or French, with a good command of the other language.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Efficiency and flexibility in service delivery.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to synthesize information.
• Customer-oriented approach.
• Results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Analyze SAP WM/EWM change requests and requirements.
• Estimate workload, effort and costs for maintenance and projects.
• Design and compare technical and functional solutions.
• Configure SAP solutions per specifications and support deployments.
• Prepare testing strategies and QA.
• Document changes and provide incident resolution support.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Purchasing, Finance and HR.
