Job summary

HR Rail, based near Brussels Midi, is seeking a Senior SAP Security Specialist to design and maintain secure access within the SAP environment. You will work with business, IT and SAP teams to ensure compliant authorisations and efficient role deployment.

You will analyse access requests, support reviews, and assist audits while collaborating across development, test, and production environments. Fluency in Dutch and French is valued, SAP English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP security, authorisation objects, role design and user administration.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain and optimise SAP roles and authorisations.
• Analyse access requests, grant or revoke access and resolve incidents.
• Support role owners with access reviews and monitor privileged access.
• Advise project teams on security solutions within architecture, budget and planning.
• Perform authorisation and regression tests and coordinate deployments.
• Support audits and document roles and procedures.
