MPower Plus is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Program Manager (Brownfield implementation experience is a must) based in Brussels, Belgium. The role requires 15+ years of SAP experience and fluency in French or Dutch, delivering end-to-end transformation programs for international clients.

The position is permanent, with a focus on program governance, cross-workstream coordination, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare oversight across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of work experience with SAP products.
• Fluent in French or Dutch (spoken and written).
• Brownfield implementation experience is a must.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate and SAP delivery lifecycle.
• Expertise in one SAP functional area (FI, CO, SD, MM, etc.) or in ABAP/BASIS.
• Understanding of testing, migration, cutover and hypercare processes.
• SAP Activate / project management certification is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA brownfield transformation programs.
• Govern program scope, timeline, budget, quality, risk, and stakeholders.
• Oversee governance, dependencies, and cross-functional delivery.
• Manage testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Coordinate between business, IT, and customer leadership.
