MPower Plus is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Program Manager (Brownfield implementation experience is a must) based in Brussels, Belgium. The role requires 15+ years of SAP experience and fluency in French or Dutch, delivering end-to-end transformation programs for international clients.
The position is permanent, with a focus on program governance, cross-workstream coordination, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare oversight across multiple stakeholders.

The SAP S/4HANA Program Manager is responsible for leading and governing the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA brownfield transformation program, ensuring successful delivery across scope, timeline, budget, quality, risk, and stakeholder expectations.
This role provides overall leadership across business and IT workstreams, manages dependencies across system integrators and customer teams, and ensures that the transformation delivers the expected business outcomes while maintaining program governance and delivery discipline
