Our Client in Brussels is seeking a Senior SAP PS Lead Consultant to drive end-to-end SAP PS projects in a hybrid Brussels environment. You will lead delivery, manage senior stakeholders, mentor consulting teams and contribute to sales pursuits.

The role requires hands-on configuration of SAP PS, strong integration knowledge with FI/CO/MM/SD/PP, and the ability to shape project strategy, govern workshops, and support business development across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years SAP PS experience.
• Multiple end-to-end SAP PS implementations.
• Strong configuration experience including: WBS, Networks, Milestones, Cost Planning, Budgeting, Revenue Planning, MRP for Projects, Timesheets, Goods Movements.
• Strong integration knowledge across FI, CO, MM, SD, PP.
• Experience across: Blueprinting, Build, Testing, Cutover, Go-live, Hypercare.
• Customer Project and Investment Project experience.
• Consulting and stakeholder management experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end SAP PS implementations.
• Gather requirements and run workshops.
• Configure SAP PS solutions.
• Design scalable project accounting and project management processes.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, deployment and hypercare.
• Manage senior client relationships.
• Facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
• Deliver training and ongoing support.
• Act as trusted advisor for SAP PS strategy.
• Lead and mentor consultants.
• Assess team performance.
• Support capability growth.
• Drive delivery excellence.
• Support proposal writing and RFP responses.
• Contribute to sales pursuits.
• Identify opportunities within existing accounts.
• Help shape future SAP offerings.
• Drive SAP S/4HANA adoption.
• Contribute to service development.
• Support innovation initiatives across the practice.
