NN Insurance Belgium is seeking an experienced React Native Developer to join our Multichannel scrum teams in Brussels. You will blend hands-on mobile development with technical leadership, shaping secure, maintainable solutions for our digital channels and advising the Domain IT Lead and stakeholders.

You will design and build cross‑platform mobile apps, lead architecture decisions, and collaborate with backend, frontend, testers, and platform engineers to deliver robust solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in mobile app development with React Native
• Strong knowledge of React Native, JavaScript and TypeScript
• Experience with iOS/Android lifecycles and macOS development
• Familiarity with API integration and security considerations

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, test, and maintain cross‑platform mobile apps using React Native and TypeScript
• Provide technical leadership on mobile architecture and reusable components
• Assess requirements and propose sustainable, secure solutions balancing value, speed and maintainability
• Collaborate with backend developers on REST APIs, auth, error handling and performance
• Work with Web Components and ensure consistent UI patterns across mobile and web
• Contribute to GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, tests and deployments
• Support mobile release management for iOS and Android in macOS environments
