Job summary

Pauwels Consulting is seeking a seasoned React Native developer to lead the creation of high-performance mobile solutions in a hybrid Brussels setting. You will drive architecture decisions, mentor teams, and integrate complex e-commerce features across iOS and Android.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in React Native, 5+ years in Agile, robust CI/CD experience, and strong English communication. Domestic transport and e-commerce familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a React Native developer building scalable, high-performance mobile apps.
• 5+ years in an Agile/Scrum development context.
• 5+ years experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
• 3+ years in public transport domain.
• 3+ years developing or maintaining e-commerce apps.
• Extensive knowledge of Redux/Redux Toolkit/Context API/Zustand for state management.
• Experience with RESTful API integration and mobile architecture.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across iOS and Android.
• Proactive with mentoring skills.
• Fluent English (C1).
