Lighthouse in Ghent, Belgium, is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Business Operations to own end-to-end cross-functional initiatives across Sales, RevOps, Engineering and Finance. You will scope, plan, and deliver projects with autonomy while coordinating with stakeholders and mentoring juniors.

You should bring substantial SaaS project management experience, CRM/change management skills, and a strong command of English.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end projects across Business Operations, coordinating with Sales, RevOps, Engineering and Finance.

• Run testing, UAT, and rollout communications for go-live.

What You Will Do

As Senior Project Manager, Business Operations, you will join a team of PMs and a Business Process Analyst, delivering projects across Business Operations more broadly. You'll own the delivery of cross-functional initiatives end-to-end — from scoping through go-live — working closely with Sales, RevOps, Engineering, Commercial Systems, and other Business Operations pillars. This is a senior, largely autonomous role: you'll be trusted to run your own project portfolio, manage stakeholders directly, and make delivery calls without heavy oversight.

Where you will have impact

• Lead business-critical projects end to end, gathering requirements from Sales, Finance and Commercial Systems stakeholders, managing scope and timelines, and reporting decisions and risks to leadership.
• Coordinate changes to Salesforce configuration, business processes and internal tools, partnering with Commercial Systems on solution design and managing dependencies across Engineering, Business Process, Data Analytics and Marketing Operations.
• Run structured testing and UAT cycles ahead of go-live, and coordinate rollout communications (Slack announcements, training materials, sales enablement).
• Track project status and risks, and report progress to leadership and stakeholders on a regular cadence.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to how the team plans and delivers work.
• Improve the team's use of AI in project delivery, refining its templates and skills for test scenarios and exploring uses in testing or presentations.
• Lead AI-related projects that automate internal business operations processes and help less experienced colleagues develop their project delivery practices.

Who You Are

• Substantial experience in project management in a SaaS environment, you understand the pace, ambiguity, and cross-functional nature of software companies
• Experience using project management methods and tools to plan work, align stakeholders and keep delivery moving without relying on a rigid playbook.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and the ability to scope and validate changes to connected business processes. Salesforce experience is welcome, but not required.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams that do not report to you.
• Interest in applying AI tools to improve research, documentation, automation or project workflows.
• Comfortable operating in a role with real autonomy — you can structure ambiguous work yourself rather than needing it handed to you
