Fujirebio Ghent seeks a Production Planning Lead to own and optimize end-to-end production planning across Innoline products, translating demand into SAP production orders and realistic timelines. You will balance capacity, batch sizing, materials availability and shelf-life considerations to ensure robust plans.

The role drives standardization of planning processes, governance, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain and 8+ years in production planning.
• Strong SAP (MRP) experience in complex manufacturing.
• Proven track record in process standardization and continuous improvement.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate complexity into actionable decisions.
• Ability to influence across Demand, Production and Supply Chain.

Responsabilités

• Translate forecasts into SAP production orders and timelines.
