TDW is seeking a Senior Production Planner to coordinate and schedule materials and resources for internal and external manufacturing, ensuring customer deadlines are met. This temporary role focuses on planning using MRP and resource leveling to keep production on track and aligned with demand.

The position requires experience in manufacturing scheduling and strong collaboration with Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Production and Customer Service to optimize processes and meet client

Responsabilités

• Plan and control scheduling activities for manufactured items using MRP and resource leveling.
• Ensure raw materials and production capabilities align with demand.
• Reschedule demand to accommodate changes while maintaining schedules.
• Coordinate material receipt and kitting within the manufacturing timetable.
• Communicate schedules, part availability, and resource constraints to production planners.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement/Logistics, Production, and Customer Service to meet demand.

What sets us apart is our expertise, experience and commitment.Each day we dedicate ourselves to treating each other, our customers and our community with care and respect.OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Production Planner, who will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling materials and resources as they contribute to the function of internal and external manufacturing, to ensure that customer deadlines are met.This is a temporary position.Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary duties may include, but are not limited to:Plans and controls all scheduling activities supporting manufactured items as well as ensures customer demand is met on schedule using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and Resource Leveling methodologies.Manages product lines to ensure alignment of raw materials and production capabilities.Reschedule existing demand to accommodate new demand and changes through the manufacturing process.Assists in ensuring that materials are received and kitted within the constraints dictated by the Manufacturing schedule.Communicates demands, including schedules, part availability, available resources, etc. to manufacturing and communicates schedule updates to appropriate production planners.Collaborates with the Engineering, Procurement/Logistics, Production, Customer Service and other related departments to ensure product meets all customer demand requirements.Works with Procurement and Supplier Engineering to determine best practices for manufacturing methods and outsourcing options, if and when necessary, to support product design or customer demand.Plans demand in accordance with client or Field Service Operations requirements and works to ensure demand is met through the entire order lifecycle.ExperienceManufacturing or inventory schedulingKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesMRP (Material Requirements Planning) system
