Job summary

Scalable Capital is seeking a Product Manager for Mobile Core to define the product direction for shared mobile foundations. You will work with an Engineering Manager, QA engineers, and iOS/Android engineers, prioritizing reliability and user experience across platforms.

Responsibilities include setting strategy, coordinating releases, and driving improvements based on data, incidents, and stakeholder feedback. English fluency required; German preferred.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
• Product management experience across native iOS and Android products, with strong judgment.
• Experience managing cross-team releases and shared product capabilities.
• Knowledge of app store operations, feature flags, and mobile observability.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Define Mobile Core’s mission, product strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes.
• Own direction for shared navigation, app shell, and containers; set integration expectations.
• Prioritize reliability, performance, accessibility, and observability with engineers and QA.
• Coordinate iOS and Android releases and store operations across teams.
• Influence features like deeplinks, notifications, remote configuration, and authentication.
• Measure outcomes post-release and drive roadmap improvements with data and feedback.
