Job summary

Deliverect is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead end-to-end product strategy for a global SaaS platform. Based in Amersfoort, NL or Ghent, Belgium, you will shape the roadmap, drive PLG initiatives, and collaborate with engineering and design to deliver scalable API-driven solutions.

You will own KPIs, balance technical complexity with customer needs, and influence cross-functional teams while contributing to a unicorn-scale growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SaaS product management in an agile environment.
• PLG growth mindset with self-serve funnels or monetization experience.
• Deep domain knowledge in campaign management, online ordering networks, POS integrations, or API-first software.
• Data-driven approach with KPI tracking and data-backed prioritization.
• Collaborative leadership across cross-functional squads and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Your Impact

As a Senior Product Manager at Deliverect, you will play a critical role in shaping our product portfolio by leading the development and execution of impactful SaaS product strategies. Based in our Amersfoort, NL or Ghent, Belgium office, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of critical product initiatives, leveraging Product Led Growth (PLG) strategies to drive self-serve adoption and user retention. Your ability to balance technical complexity with a customer-centric approach will directly impact company revenue, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across the global marketplace.

*This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our Amersfoort or Ghent office and 2 days from the comfort of your home.

What you will do

• Lead Product Strategy & Roadmap Development: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, developing detailed business cases and roadmaps aligned with Deliverect’s growth objectives.

• Drive Product Led Growth (PLG) Initiatives : Architect and optimize self-serve onboarding funnels, in-product upgrade paths, and usage-driven tier models to drive user expansion and maximize platform value.

• Cross-Functional Execution & Technical Collaboration : Partner closely with engineering, architecture, and design teams to build scalable solutions, including managing technical requirements for APIs and core platform integrations.

• Stakeholder Management & Alignment: Act as a primary communicator to present clear product updates, pitch business cases, and influence alignment across all internal departments and external partners.

• Data & Market Analysis: Define and track product KPIs, continuously leveraging analytics and customer insights to prioritize the product backlog and resolve complex user friction points.

What you will Bring

• Product Management Expertise: 5+ years of experience managing SaaS products within an agile environment, preferably in the food tech, SaaS, foodservice, or hospitality sectors.

• PLG Growth Mindset: Proven experience developing and optimizing self-serve user funnels, upgrade paths, or usage-driven monetization tiers.

• Domain Knowledge: Deep familiarity with campaign management systems, online ordering networks, POS integrations, or technical API-first software architectures.

• Data-Driven & Analytical Skills: Strong track record of tracking product KPIs, building data-backed business cases, and making high-impact prioritization decisions.

• Collaborative Leadership: Demonstrated success leading cross-functional squads and complex projects through influence, clear communication, and empathetic stakeholder negotiation.

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
