Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Senior Process Engineer in Geel, Belgium, within the MSAT team. The role supports NPI/LCM, technology transfers, and process validation to enable API production for tablets and other formulations.

You will partner with operations, quality, R&D and global MSAT to drive process improvements, scale-up activities and technical transfers while leveraging knowledge of chemical synthesis and API manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in chemical engineering or process technology.
• Experience in API manufacturing or development is a plus.
• Knowledge of reactor/centrifuge/dryer and PAT is valued.
• Familiar with API site systems (SAP, change control, qualification).
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead or support NPI/LCM projects and tech transfers at Geel site.
• Coordinate with global MSAT, R&D and operations for readiness.
• Identify opportunities for process efficiency and innovation.
• Review API technical documents and ensure regulatory readiness.
• Provide technical process advice and problem solving.
