HumanInTech is seeking a senior privacy and information security expert to join our Security, Privacy & Access team for a Belgium-based energy sector organisation. This role focuses on privacy issues and legal support, with responsibilities spanning contract management, change management, DPIAs and processing registers.

You will contribute to ISMS and PIMS, ensure Belgian privacy law and GDPR compliance, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

Master's degree in law with at least 8 years of expert-level privacy and information security experience.
At least 8 years as a security consultant in data, infrastructure, or applications.
Experience in privacy management and data governance including cloud environments.
Experience implementing ISO 27001/27002/ISO 27701, DPIAs and risk analyses.
Experience developing contracts with service providers and clients focusing on information security and privacy.
Knowledge of Belgian privacy legislation and GDPR.
Fluent in English and Dutch or French at CEFR C1; proficiency in all three is a strong advantage.

Responsabilités

Integrating and monitoring security and privacy requirements in contract management with service providers.
Integrating security and privacy requirements in change management.
Updating the processing register and processing agreements; maintaining registers including retention periods.
Contributing to the optimisation and maintenance of the organisation's ISMS and PIMS.
